strategy to market the business.
DEVELOP MARKETING MATERIALS
A detailed confidential Offering Memorandum will be developed and
distributed to potential buyers. Included in the Memorandum will be detailed
information about the company such as its products, the industry in which it
operates, its position in the market, past and projected financials, as well
as management profiles.
IDENTIFY AND QUALIFY POTENTIAL BUYERS

seller through closing.
